PAYMENT INFORMATION

At Northern Family Chiropractic, our doctors treat based on the patient's best interest and not by which service gets reimbursed by insurance companies. We are considered “out of network” for insurance companies. We can provide the necessary paperwork for you to process claims personally with your insurance company for any out of network coverage.

We do not require any contracts for being a patient.

 

We are fully set up to submit claims if you have been in an automobile accident or are dealing with a workers compensation injury.

We are up front and honest with our costs, we keep our prices at a flat rate so you know what to expect every visit.

Payment is due at the time of each visit. We accept the following forms of payment: check, cash, HSA or flex plans, and all major credit cards. We do submit claims directly to Medicare for your convenience.
